Our extra-virgin olive oil cames from different kind of olives
(livella, pendolino, leccino, frantoio, canino) harvested between the end of october
and the beginning of November. They are cold-pressed within the 24 hours after
the harvest to protect the quality of product. To ensure its integrity, the oil is not filtred and that is why
it can generate residues at the bottom of the bottle.
